Returns

You may return eligible items within 28 days of delivery for an exchange or refund.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with all tags, certificates, and documentation included.

Return Conditions:

  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty.

  • All returns must be sent via signed, recorded delivery and insured for the full value of the item.
    If a return is lost or damaged in transit and not insured, we cannot accept responsibility or offer reimbursement.

  • We recommend keeping proof of postage and tracking information.

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Custom, bespoke, or personalised jewellery (unless faulty)

  • Items returned outside the 28-day return window

Customers outside the UK must also return items via tracked, insured delivery and mark the package as a "Returned Goods" to avoid customs delays or charges. Any import duties or taxes incurred due to incorrect declaration will be deducted from your refund.
